Users can control email notifications for work orders.
The user can find the Work Orders panel on the User Details page.
2. When the user mouses-over the Work Orders panel, a pencil icon will appear in the top right corner of the Work Orders window. Click that pencil icon to make changes to the user’s email notification settings.
3. Several options will appear for email notifications (See screenshot below).
Send me email detailing my open work orders
Send me an email detailing my completed work orders
Send me an email detailing my due work orders.
4. Once you have selected the appropriate email communications for your work orders, click the Save button in the bottom right.
