Resetting a User's Password
Quick Steps to Reset User Password
- Select the User tile from the Dashboard.
- Use the search bar to find the user you need to reset the password for and select that user.
- Select the Hamburger icon, then select Reset Password.
- The user will receive an email with a link that will walk them through resetting their password.
IMPORTANT: Password reset links do expire after 30 days. At that time, the user will need to be sent a new password reset link from the UI.
