Resetting a User's Password

Quick Steps to Reset User Password

  1. Select the User tile from the Dashboard.
  2. Use the search bar to find the user you need to reset the password for and select that user.
  3. Select the Hamburger icon, then select Reset Password.
  4. The user will receive an email with a link that will walk them through resetting their password.

The Reset Password button is located in the dropdown of the User Information panel.



IMPORTANT: Password reset links do expire after 30 days. At that time, the user will need to be sent a new password reset link from the UI.
