Sample Turnaround Time Dashboard - Turn around time analysis by lab
- Samples completed YTD – This figure is independent of the ‘Completed Date’ filter that is directly above it. The KPI shows the number of completed samples from Jan 1 current year up to todays date.
- Samples in testing - This figure is independent of the ‘Completed Date’ filter that is directly above it. Current number of samples in testing. The completed date filter does not effect
- Avg TAT Last 60 Days – This figure is independent of the ‘Completed Date’ filter that is directly above it. Average lab turn around time for the last 60 days, not including weekends.
Sample Turn around time table
Definitions
Date Sampled – The date the end user pulled the sample from the field. Defaults to todays date on the In Service Sample form with the ability for a user to change it.
Date Registered – The date/time the end user or lab entered in the sample data via the In Service Sample form on MSLA.
Date Received – The date/time the lab systematically received in the sample on MSLA. This triggers the sample to move to ‘in testing’.
Date Reported – The date/time the lab posted results for the sample making the report available on MSLA.
Formulas related to the columns in the Sample Count and Avg Turn Around table
Avg Days Sampled to Registered – Average number of days between the date the sample was taken in the field and the date it was entered on MSLA.
Avg Days Registered to Rec’d – Average number of days between the date the sample was registered on MSLA to the date the lab systematically received in the sample.
Avg Days Rec’d to Reported – Average number of days between the date the sample was systematically received into the lab and the date it was reported.
Sample Volume Dashboard - Sample volume analysis by lab , asset class, service level and business line.

Fully Qualified - True = Samples that were registered by the end user prior to sending to the lab. False = Samples that arrived at the lab without being registered by the end user, so the lab needs to read the data off the sample label and register the sample on MSLA.
Offer Adoption Dashboard - Kit or store items ordered by month, MBU, business line, account.

Utilize filters at the top of the page to narrow down the table. Click on any section in the table to filter the other table.
Wall of Shame Dashboard - List of accounts that are sending in samples in a bottle that wasn't distributed by MSLA or has not been registered first.
Utilize filters at the top of the page to narrow down the tables. Expand each section by choosing the MBU.
Non-MSLA bottles per account - This list entails the accounts that have sent in samples in a non-msla bottle.
Unqualified samples per account - This list entails the accounts that sent in samples without logging them into MSLA first.
