Feedback
Our approach to product feedback
Your product feedback is extremely important to us. We leverage it to pinpoint pertinent features, innovative ideas, areas of difficulty, and opportunities. This approach enables us to constantly improve and provide you with a product that delivers maximum value efficiently.
In this section, we seek your feedback and suggestions, not bug reports or system problems. Any technical issues should be directly reported to you Technical Help Desk and submitted via our support channel.
How to give us your product feedback
Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler. Please note that Feedback is currently only available to ExxonMobil users. If you are not an ExxonMobil user, please contact your Exxon representative to submit feedback.
When logged in and on the Mobil Lubricant Analysis dashboard, select the blue Resource Center icon in the lower-right of the page.
Select Share Your Feedback.
Select Make a Suggestion.
Complete the required fields before selecting Submit Request.
What happens to your product feedback
All new requests are set to the Not Reviewed status until the product team has review the request. Once reviewed the request moves to the Awaiting Feedback status where other users can add additional feedback and vote on that requests. This allows us to gauge demand, gather use cases, and establish impact and value.
Our product team holds a reoccurring product feedback meeting. Requests reviewed in that meeting will be moved to Planned if we aim to move forward with the request and it will be added to our roadmap; otherwise the request will move to Declined. Once we begin work on a Planned request, its status will change to Building, and once it has moved through our development cycle and been released, it will be moved to Released.
FAQs
How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?
Items will be reviewed by our product team on a biweekly basis. We take the top requests and update the status where appropriate. Roadmapping meetings occur quarterly. Make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others can vote on and prioritize them. Remember to prioritize your own requests, too. That way, we will know how important a particular request is to you.
