Deleting Accounts

Quick Steps to Deleting Accounts

Users with the required security right may delete accounts with no assets associated with them. Once deleted, the account is not recoverable.

  1. Navigate to the Accounts tile.
  2. Use the search bar to find an existing account 
  3. On the Account Details page, select the pencil icon select Delete Account.
    The Delete Account button located in the Account Information dropdown.

  4. Select Yes to confirm.
    You will be prompted to confirm when deleting an account.

If the Delete Account button is grayed out, the account has assets associated and cannot be deleted.
