Co-branding

Co-branding

Distributer Flag

  1. On account profile, select edit pencil.

  2. Select Distributor.

  3. Save.

Advanced Search for Distributors

  1. Accounts search - advanced search.

  2. Add rule Is Distributor.

  3. Select Yes.

Enable Co-branding

For co-branding approval, please contact your local representative.

  1. With security right Can Edit Account Co-branding, navigate to Co-branding panel on Accounts Details.

  2. Select the hamburger icon to see the Edit option.

  3. In the Update Co-branding window, choose co-branding source: Highest-level parent account or Current account.

  4. Choose an ExxonMobil logo from the dropdown.

  5. Save.

When co-branding is enabled, editing the profile image or distributor flag is locked to maintain report and lube chart consistency.

Update Child Account Co-branding

  1. Open any Parent Account and locate the Co-branding panel.

  2. Select the hamburger icon.

  3. Choose option Apply to all children.

  4. When the confirmation dialog box appears, select Yes to apply all co-branding settings to child accounts with the logo source set to Highest-level parent account, or No to exit without changes.

Co-branded Sample Report

  • Sample reports support co-branding with brands Mobil and ExxonMobil.

  • Distributor logo will appear on the right side of the Exxon logo.

Co-branded Lube Chart

  • When co-branding is enabled for any lube chart, the Exxon logo appears on the left and the co-branding on the right, both dictated by account settings, separated by a solid black line in-between.

  • Based on the co-branding source account (highest-level or current), an "Authorized {{brand name}} distributor" text shows below the co-branding logo if the source account is marked as a distributor.
